So now we are in July! The weather has definitely been getting a lot hotter. Dean likes to cool off by playing in the water, either outside or he asks for a cool bath.

We have a dirt patch in the back that he races cars through, one day he filled it with water. I come outside to discover Dean turned into a wolf man.

Last Friday I went from Burbank to Huntington Beach doing wedding planning with my aunt Kathy, it's for my cousin Shannon's wedding! Since she is still living in New Zealand until August we went to check out wedding dresses for her at http://www.unique-vintage.com/ Kathy had her laptop with the webcam on and Shannon got to see me try on all the dresses to see which she liked best. It was so much fun, the dresses are seriously amazing and the prices even better. The whole store is retro and I wanted everything. When I was shopping the site before we went I fell in love with this bathing suit and luckily they had them in stock! Can't believe I'm posting this nerdy picture and my whitey legs haha-

After trying on all the dresses and dripping with sweat we headed to the Original Bob's Big Boy! I wish I had some of those fries right about now.

Kathy took me to her old childhood neighborhood then we made a few more stops after sitting in hellish LA traffic.

4th of July

We had a BBQ and fireworks at our house this year which I loved because I didn't have to leave my house.

My street was a full on warzone, the neighbor had a truck load of illegals and it was just insane. I never got more than 3 feet away from the front door.
